The order
The Canton puts it plainly: no subsidy if work has started before approval, and equipment may only be purchased and companies mandated once the application has been approved. The plan sets out the sequence specific to your project: what must be verified before the CECB, before the quotes, before any commitment — and what must wait for the authority's decision.

The subsidies
For each programme that may apply, the plan gives the main conditions, the documents to gather, when to apply — and the official source, with its verification date. Whenever a fact needs confirming, the plan says so: "to be re-validated with the authority".
Programme Bâtiments
Canton of Vaud
Potentially applicable
To be confirmed with the authority. The competent authority remains the sole decision-maker.
Independence
RenoReady is not an architect, installer, energy consultant or authority. Nothing to sell as works: only clarity about your steps, with official sources you can see.
What RenoReady cannot determine — a protected building, an asbestos risk, an ambiguous permit situation — it says so, and points you to the right contact.
Why RenoReady?
Official websites
They publish the rules. RenoReady gathers them and puts them in order for your home.
Your installer
They advise you on their installation and their quote. They are not paid to organise your steps.
The CECB expert
They analyse your building and its energy performance when an assessment is needed.
RenoReady
It turns public rules into an understandable plan: what to do, when, and why that order.
RenoReady replaces none of these players. It helps you know what to do, when, and why.
